At a time when the world continuously asks us to “zoom out,” to carry the weight of all people and things that are happening at a global scale, we think there is power in zooming back in.
This collection was built to showcase the individuals that make our community great. Each sticker offers an opportunity for an act of hope-oriented resistance–to remind people in Sandpoint that there are friendly faces, familiar characters, and causes for connection in this place we call home.
The Justine is as vibrant and inspirational as the person for whom it was designed. As owner of La Chic Boutique and president of the Ethan Murray Fund, Justine often seeks respite in the natural world–making “Here for the Pine Trees” a more than apt slogan and way of life.
The Jen is as full of spitfire and sawdust as the person after which it was designed. Known for being a Lumber Jill, a prolific writer, and the driving force behind The Pro Voice Project, Jen, and her message, “Our rights? Come and Get ‘Em” are a reminder that a better future is always worth fighting for.
The Rick is as fun and authentic as the person it’s designed after. Half of the community hub and heart, Evans Brothers Coffee, and frequently spotted in neon with a smile, “Be yourself, everyone else is taken” is both a motto for Rick and a prescription for how to live a good life.
The Jeremiah is as full of intrigue and charisma as the person after whom it was designed. Always down for a good story or a regaling of an epic adventure, Jeremiah’s message “The open road can fix most things” is a message that he has proven true, across a lifetime.
The Racheal is as fun and playful as the person it’s designed after. Always seen with a camera and a cheeky smile, “Stay Awkward, Capture Magic” is more than a motto for Racheal, it’s a way of life.
The Rich is as bright and energizing as the person after whom it’s designed. More often seen than not with pastels and a drawing pad, Rich earns his sticker’s message “Keep calm and make weird art” through his everyday practices.
the Townie COLLECTION
When you call a place home, you learn its “ins” and “outs” and you know its rhythms and rhymes. We think that is pretty neat, both to experience for yourself, and to share in with others. This collection is designed after the little things that make the Sandpoint experience unique; moments of recognition for the people who live here, love here, and who continue to make it a wonderful place to be.
This sticker is for all the locals who love Sandpoint–when it’s mostly just ours. If you find yourself feeling most at home in the version of here that’s gray and brown, “I Love Shoulder SZN” might be the sticker for you.
She is beauty, she is grace, she is…a goose. For City Beach lovers–in all its goose-poop glory–this sticker just makes sense.
This sticker is designed to be a reminder of the sorts of people we want to be and want to see in our community. It’s a token of all things fun, playful, weird, and most importantly, kind.
